All appointments are one-on-one, private sessions for the time slot you book, with the focus placed 100% on you and your optimal state of health. All techniques used are hands-on, manual techniques, performed by a licensed Physical Therapist and a certified CranioSacral Therapist. I use gentle, hands-on techniques to restore mobility and function to the body, mind and spirit.
